摘要
以某汽车V型发动机为研究对象,采用有限元和边界元法对其结构振动和辐射噪声进行研究。通过模态试验数据修正发动机结构的有限元模型,确保模型的准确性。基于表面振动测量数据,采用边界元法预测发动机表面所辐射的噪声分布,并与采用九点声压法测得的整机噪声结果对比。结果表明:基于表面振动法所预测的噪声辐射与实验测量的结果相吻合,为发动机的低振动噪声设计提供一种简单有效的计算方法。
The vibration and noise radiation of a car V-type engine was analyzed by the finite element method(FEM)and boundary element method(BEM).The finite element model of the engine was modified by the modal test data to ensure the accuracy.The noise radiation from the surface of engine was predicted by the BEM,based on the surface vibration measurement data,and the results were compared with that of the whole noise measured by nine point sound pressure method.The results show that:The noise radiation calculated by the surface vibration method is relatively accurate,which provides a simple and accurate method for the design of low noise engine,and has a widely application in the practice.
