摘要
采用GTEM横电磁波传输室对电能表进行射频电磁场抗扰度试验,需要人工完成电能表液晶屏中数值变化的观察、记录。这种方式工作效率低下,试验结果正确率不高,成为全测试过程自动化的瓶颈。文中利用GPIB卡和相关仪器设备组建了GTEM室;采用网络摄像机、图像处理技术和BP神经网络对试验过程中电能表液晶屏上的数字进行实时识别和记录,极大地降低了实验人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率和数据准确性。
Gigahertz transverse electromagnetic(GTEM)cell is used to conduct RF electromagnetic field immunity test for electric energy meter.It is necessary to manually complete the observation and recording of the numerical changes in the LCD screen.This method is inefficient and the test results are not very accurate.And these shortcomings have become the bottleneck of the whole test process automation.GPIB card and related instruments were used to form GTEM cell.Using network camera,image processing and BP neural network in the process of test watt-hour meter digital real-time identification and record on the LCD panel,greatly reduce the work intensity of the experimenter,improve work efficiency and data accuracy.
