摘要
为提高光伏玻璃基片分拣的效率,设计研究了一种自动分拣光伏玻璃平台控制系统,包括了平台的设计与安装、气动控制系统、电力控制系统。对分拣平台组成结构、气动控制系统的设计、电力系统设计以及整个分拣光伏玻璃平台的工作流程进行分析。介绍了真空吸盘、空气压缩机、电磁阀、减压阀以及控制电机的选型和计算,成功连接整个电气控制系统回路,并进行实验分析。实验结果表明:该电气控制系统设计合理,能够把合格的光伏玻璃有效的吸取并分拣出来。
To improve the efficiency of PV glass substrate of sorting,PV glass design research a kind of automatic sorting platform control system,including the platform design and installation of the pneumatic control system of electric control system of sorting platform structure design of the control system of pneumatic power system design and work process of the entire PV glass sorting platform analysis introduced the vacuum,air compressor selection and calculation of the electromagnetic valve pressure reducing valve and control motor,successfully connect the electric circuit control system,the experimental analysis was carried on the experimental results show that:the electrical control system design is reasonable,to be able to qualified PV glass effectively absorb and sorting out.
