摘要
针对现有导轨副滑块型面精度检测装置精度低、专用程度不足和自动化水平落后等问题,提出一种激光位移传感器倾斜测量的方案,根据该方案设计专用检测装置。装置设计主要针对实现其测量过程的结构设计,包括试验台整体设计、夹具台设计、滑块基准面测量部件设计等,同时也对测控系统进行设计以保证运动的控制与数据的采集。最后对检测装置进行精度分析并与现有的测量装置的方法进行对比,展现该装置的优越性。
In order to solve the problems of low precision,low degree of specialization and backward automation of the slide surface measuring device,a method for tilt measurement of laser displacement sensor is proposed.According to this method,a specialized detecting device is designed.It mainly aims at the structural design of the measuring process,including the device overall design,the design of the clamping table,the measurement of the reference level of the slider,etc,and design the system to ensure the motion control and data collection.Finally,the measurement accuracy of the device is analyzed and the device is compared with the performance of the existing measuring device to demonstrate the advantages of the device.
