数控双驱二维工作台的控制方法与联合仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对双驱二维工作台的同步控制方法进行研究,建立并分析了基于扰动补偿的改进交叉耦合双驱同步控制策略;结合ADAMS软件和Matlab软件,建立了数控双驱二维工作台的机械系统和控制系统模型,研究讨论多种数控双驱二维工作台的同步控制方法,利用机电联合仿真技术对不同双驱同步控制系统方案进行仿真,并将联合仿真结果与传统伺服系统仿真的结果进行对比分析;最后进行双驱同步进给实验,实验结果表明:基于扰动补偿的改进交叉耦合的双驱同步控制比传统交叉耦合控制的同步精度更高,并且采用的机电联合仿真能够更加准确地分析工作台进给系统的动态特性,为双驱二维工作台的同步控制方法研究提供了更加可靠的依据。 Do research on the synchronization control method of two drive two-dimensional numerical working platform.Analyze and establish a control strategy,named improved cross-coupled control strategy based on disturbance compensation.Using ADAMS and Matlab softwares,the paper established a mechanical system model and control system model of the dual-drive two-dimensional numerical working platform.United simulation displayed how the system work in different synchronization control scheme.Discuss the synchronization control method.Compare the simulation results produced by co-simulation with the results produced by the traditional method in Matlab and the experiment data.The results show that improved cross-coupled control strategy based on disturbance compensation has a better control accuracy than traditional cross-coupled control strategy.And the integrated simulation platform can provides a more accurate analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the working platform and can also provide reliable reference for design and debugging of physical prototype feed system.
