一种固定后组合灯LED模组的热熔设备设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对结构复杂LED模组与其本体熔接效果不佳的问题,提出单点恒温控制熔接的方法。根据不同车型后组合灯LED模组存在差异性,加热机构采用独立的模架结构,并运用快速换装与自动找正技术,设计了一套具有两个工位的热熔设备。控制系统以欧姆龙PLC及触摸屏为主控单元,温度传感器为反馈单元,加热器为执行机构,实现热熔的恒温智能控制,具备实时监控、自我诊断以及出错报警功能。该套热熔设备能够保证熔接的品质,提高自动化程度,极大地提高了生产效率,降低人工和工件损耗等生产成本。 In order to solve the problem of poor welding effect of complex LED module and its body,proposing a single point of constant temperature control welding method.According to the differences between different types of rear combination lamp LED module,the heating mechanism adopts independent mold frame structure,and using rapid reloading and automatic alignment technology,designing a set of two stations hot melt equipment.The control system uses OMRON PLC and touch screen as the main control unit.Using temperature sensor as the feedback unit.Take the heater as the implementing agencies to achieve constant temperature hot melt intelligent control.The system can be real-time monitoring,self diagnosis and false alarm.The set of hot-melt equipment can guarantee the quality of welding and improve the degree of automation.It also greatly improve the production efficiency,reduce labor,workpiece loss and other production costs.
