治理能力自信是衡量一个国家治理能力的软性指标,是社会各项事业顺利进行的重要保证。党的十九大提出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的伟大论断,要实现我国向社会主义现代化强国的转变,必须坚持治理能力的自信。坚持治理能力自信,既需要我们从国外国内两个层面总结传统治理模式的经验与教训,明确提升治理能力自信的必要性;也需要从历史的角度出发总结当代中国治理能力自信的根源,增强党和人民的历史自信;更需要立足于社会现实,探讨提升治理能力自信的具体路径和方法。

The confidence of governance ability,a flexible index to measure the governance capacity,is an assurance to undertake various social affairs.The CPC’s 19th National Congress advances that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and that the confidence of governance ability is essential to the transformation of China to a modern powerful socialist country.To keep the confidence of governance ability,we need summarize the experience and lessons of the traditional management mode from overseas or inland,clarifying the necessity of promoting confidence of governance ability.Also,we should conclude on the root of confidence in contemporary Chinese governance ability from a historical perspective,enhancing the historical confidence of the people and the Party.More importantly,we need to explore the specific path and method based on the reality.
