基于生态-产业协调发展的县域南京市六合区尺度空间分区

Spatial zoning based on the coordinated development of ecology and industry at the county scale: a case of Liuhe district, Nanjing

区域发展与环境保护协调机制是空间功能分区研究的热点。以南京市六合区为例,借助ArcGIS空间分析工具,采用互斥性矩阵分类法,通过对生态服务功能贡献、产业发展适宜性的单项与综合评价的集成,构建生态—产业协调发展空间布局的总体架构,实现了县域空间功能的整合与科学定位;划分生态功能保护区、生态功能维护区、产业发展优化区及产业发展准入区四个类型,并针对每个类型区环境保护与产业发展的匹配关系,提出差别化的保护与管控要求,为实现区域发展与生态环境融合共生、协调双赢提供依据,也为"生产、生活、生态"空间融合规划提供参考。

The coordinated mechanism of regional development and environmental protection is a hot issue for spatial function zoning.Taking Liuhe district of Nanjing as a study area,this paper analyzes the contribution of ecological services and the suitability of industrial development based on single and comprehensive evaluation by spatial analysis tools of ArcGIS and the exclusive matrix method.Result shows an overall spatial layout of coordinated development between the ecology and industry,and realizes the integration and orientation of spatial function at the county scale.The district is divided into ecological function protected zone,ecological function maintenance zone,industrial development optimized zone,and industrial development admittance zone.In the end,this paper puts forward differential measures based on the matching relationship between environmental protection and industrial development of each zone,which can guide the integration and coexistence between regional development and ecological protection,and provide the reference for integration planning of production space,living space and ecological space.
