山西省某市小学教师健康体检状况分析

Analysis of Health Examination of Primary School Teachers in a Certain City of Shanxi Province

目的:了解山西省长治市小学教师的常见慢性病状况,为其开展慢性病防治和管理提供参考。方法:选取体检的小学教师共2 324人,体检内容包括身高、体重、血压、血常规、血生化、尿常规、心电图、B超和胸透等。结果:本次体检共检出患病人数856人,占总人数36.83%,小学教师慢性病检出率前3位分别为高血压21.82%、血脂异常17.51%、脂肪肝15.32%。男性的超重、肥胖、血脂异常检出率均高于女性(P<0.05)。慢性病的检出率随年龄增长有所增加,不同年龄患病种类构成差异有显著性(χ2=332.753,P=0.000),年龄越大,所患疾病种类越多。结论:慢性病是影响小学教师健康的主要原因,应加以关注并进行定期体检和健康教育以提高其健康水平。

Objective:To learn common chronic diseases of primary school teachers in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province and to provide reference for the prevention and management of chronic diseases in this population.Methods:All primary school teachers who took physical in our hospital from September to November in 2014 were elected.The physical examination included height,weight,blood pressure,blood count,blood biochemistry,urine,ECG,B-ultrasound and chest X-ray.Results:A total of 856 patients were detected,which accounted for 36.83%of the total population.The medical examination showed that the detection rate of top three chronic diseases were hypertension(21.82%),dyslipidemia(17.51%),fatty liver(15.32%).The detection rates of overweight,obesity,dyslipidemia of male were higher than of women(P<0.05).The detection rate of chronic diseases increased with age,and the differences in the composition of diseases at different ages were significant(χ2=332.753,P=0.000),which meant the older the teacher,the more types of diseases.Conclusion:Chronic diseases are the main reason that affects the health for primary school teachers.Attention should be paid to these chronic diseases.Moreover,regular medical examinations and health education should be conducted to improve primary school teachers’health.
