摘要
采用振冲密实法处理疏浚吹填地基时,对吹填料有严格的要求。以科威特某疏浚吹填工程为例,通过对开挖取沙区地质资料分析、吹填过程中管头及水下取样并进行试验对疏浚吹填全过程的回填料质量进行监控,基于振前静力触探试验对回填料进行振冲适合性评估,进而为疏浚船舶的吹填施工和后续的地基处理工艺提供依据和指导意见,既保障吹填砂的质量满足地基处理的要求,又确保振冲地基处理工艺经济、合理。疏浚回填料的监控方法及措施可为类似海外工程提供有意义的参考。
The vibro-flotation has strict requirements for reclamation material.Taking an example of dredging and reclamation project in Kuwait,we analyze the geological sampling and testing result in discharging outlet or formed reclaimed slope underwater,and monitor the dredging material in the whole process.Combining with evaluating the suitability of backfill material for vibro-flotation by pre-CPT,which can provide basis and guidance for dredging operation and subsequent ground treatment,it ensures the quality of hydraulic fill material meet the vibro-flotation’s requirements,and makes greater economic or rationality for ground treatment.The introduced monitoring methods and measurements for dredging material can provide meaningful reference for similar overseas projects.
