摘要
抽油机用节能产品实现节能效果的主要评价指标是节能率,但现有标准只规定了单台设备节能率的计算方法,不能适应实际生产中对多台抽油机平均节能率的计算要求。通常情况下,与普通电动机相比,高转差电动机有功节电率为10%左右,永磁电动机节电率一般小于15%。但在实际检测过程中,现有几种计算方法的计算结果经常出现较大的不合理偏差,对准确评价节能产品的节能效果造成影响。因此,迫切需要提出适应各种运行状态下测算抽油机用节能产品节能效果的科学准确的方法。通过对多组实测数据计算结果分析,对比各种节能率计算方法的差异和计算结果的合理性,根据节能率的基本计算理论和实测数据验证结果,提出采用累计节电功率法计算抽油机的平均节能率的方法。依据该方法计算的结果既符合理论预期也与经验数据相吻合,它是全面、准确评价节能产品节能效果的有效方法。
The main evaluation index of energy saving effect of energy saving products for pumping units is energy saving rate.However,the existing standard only stipulates the calculation method of the energy saving rate of single equipment,and can not meet the calculation requirements of the average energy saving rate of many pumping units in actual production.Generally,compared with the ordinary motor,the active power saving rate of the high slip motor is about 10%,and the power saving rate of the permanent magnet motor is generally less than 15%.However,in the actual detection process,the calculation results of the existing calculation methods often have large unreasonable deviations,which will affect the energy saving effect of the energy saving devices accurately Therefore,it is urgent to put forward a scientific and accurate method to measure the energy saving effect of the energy saving products of the pumping units under various operating conditions.Through the analysis of the multi group data,the rationality of differences between various calculation methods of energy saving ratio and the calculated results,According to the basic theory and calculation of energy saving rate of the measured data to verify the results,put forward the calculation method of the average energy saving rate of pumping unit by accumulative total power method.The result calculated according to this method is not only consistent with the theoretical expectation but also with the experience data,it is an effective method to comprehensively and accurately evaluate the energy saving effect of energy saving products.
