采油矿降低抽油机井单耗的控制方法

摘要 围绕油田开发进入高含水后期,低产井数增加,吨油成本不断提高的问题,针对某采油矿系统效率小于15%、机采单耗10.02 k Wh/t的352口抽油机井,分析了造成抽油机井高能耗的原因;并通过有针对性采取合理匹配抽油机设备、优化参数设计、加强生产运行管理等配套节能措施,较好地降低了生产运行能耗。 In this paper,the problem of increasing the number of low production wells and increasing the cost of per ton oil is studied around the development of oilfield in the late stage of high water cut.Aiming at the problem of 352 pumping wells with an oil recovery efficiency of less than 15%and a unit consumption of 10.02 kWh/t,the reasons for the high energy consumption of the pumping well were analyzed and the energy consumption of the production and operation was well reduced through the targeted energy-saving measures such as rational matching of the pumping unit,optimization of the parameter design and strengthening of production and operation management.
