摘要
随着油田进入高含水开发后期,普通管网供注水量逐渐下降,三采管网用水需求逐年升高,全年整体注水量波动较大,区域供过于求的矛盾较为突出,部分注水泵单耗长期超标。为保证油田"注好水、注够水",同时降低开发能耗,确定了优化供注关系,调整机泵布局,注水泵减级等三方面调整措施。实施措施后管网压力明显下降,系统运行趋于稳定,运行单耗显著下降,对其他油田注水系统的优化调整具有一定的借鉴意义。
In oil field at later stage of high water cut development,general pipeline for water injection is falling,tertiary oil recovery pipe network water demand increased year by year,the total water injection of the whole year fluctuates greatly,the conflict between regional supply exceeds demand is serious,the unit consumption of some water injection pumps exceeds the standard for a long time.In order to ensure the"good water injection and enough water injection"in the oil field and reduce the energy consumption at the same time,the three adjustment measures,such as the optimization of the supply and injection relationship,the adjustment of the layout of the pump and the reduction of the water pump,have been determined.After the implementation of the measures,the pressure of the pipe network is obviously decreased,the system operation tends to be stable and the operation unit consumption decreases significantly.It is of certain reference significance for the optimization and adjustment of water injection system in other oil fields.
