燃驱压缩机组GE普通型与GE-DLE型能效对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对中亚天然气管道全线压缩机组的节能监测,充分了解现场压缩机的实际运行情况,对比不同测试工况下的压缩机组效率,对比GE普通型与GE-DLE型的能效差异,为节能降耗工作提供数据支撑。介绍了站场的情况和测试情况,给出不同流量和转速下的GE普通型与GE-DLE型的能效对比数值,以及烟气排放对比数值。分析可知,GE-DLE型压缩机组的运行效率、烟气NOX排放较GE普通型偏低,但投资大、运行维护费用高。 We fully understand the actual operation of on-site compressors through the implementation of energy-saving monitoring of all compressors in Central-Asia gas pipeline.Compare the compressor efficiency under different test conditions and compare the energy efficiency difference between GE common type and GE-DLE type to provide data support for saving energy and reducing consumption.This paper introduces the compressor situation and test situation of the station,gives the comparison of energy efficiency between GE common type and GE-DLE type at different flow rates and speeds,the comparison value of flue gas emissions.Analysis shows that operating efficiency,flue gas NOx emissions of GE-DLE model are lower than those of GE common models,but the investment,operation and maintenance costs are high.
