摘要
在分析城市房价、空间溢出效应与产业结构升级的理论基础上,选取中国地级市面板数据,分别以地理相邻和地理距离为空间权重矩阵,构建空间计量模型进行实证分析。结果表明:中国的产业结构升级与城市房价均有明显的空间自相关性,且相关性均随年份推移呈上升趋势;城市房价对产业结构升级存在显著的正影响与空间溢出效应,而且基于地理距离的空间溢出效应相对更大;金融发展对产业结构升级存在显著的正影响与空间溢出效应,而财政支出水平与外资利用水平存在负向的空间溢出效应。
Based on the analysis of the urban housing price and its spatial spillover effect on the industrial structure upgrading,this paper chooses the panel data of China s county-level cities,and constructs the spatial econometric model by geographically adjacent and geographical distance as the spatial weight matrix analysis.The results show that there are obvious spatial autocorrelation both in China's industrial structure upgrading and urban housing prices,and both of the correlation are increasing when years passed.There is a significant positive impact and spatial spillover effect of urban housing price on the urban structure of industrial upgrading,and the spatial spillover effect based on geographical distance is relatively large There is a significant positive effect and spatial spillover effect of financial development on the upgrading of industrial structure,and there is a negative spatial spillover effect of the level of fiscal expenditure and the level of FDI.
