西安市住宅小区太阳能的应用分析

摘要 以绿色建筑中可再生能源与建筑一体化为出发点,结合西安市的太阳能资源情况,对西安市某小区建筑的日照条件进行模拟并对建筑外立面进行分析。考虑集中式太阳能生活热水系统及分散式太阳能热水系统在该小区的适用性,得出适宜安装太阳能集热板的建筑类型。针对安装太阳能热水系统的建筑进行了静态回收年限分析,使得经济效益最大化。 It's the starting point that the renewable energy and the integration of building in green construction,combined with the solar energy resources in Xi’an,the sunshine condition of a residential building in Xi’an was simulated,and the building facades were analyzed.Considering the applicability of centralized solar living water heating system and distributed solar water heating system in this area,it is concluded that the building type is suitable for flat–plat solar collectors.The static payback period of the building with solar hot water system is analyzed to maximize the economic benefits.
