摘要
针对目前储水式热水器进水口散热问题,提出了一种利用进水管U型结构隔离冷热水的方法。该方法通过在进水管道增加气障保温U型结构,利用空气隔离了冷热水,实现隔热作用。由于空气的传热效率远低于水,可以有效减少热量散失。利用此种方式改装热水器,能够减少热水器启动频率,延缓内部结构损耗,降低漏电隐患,有效节约能源。
The heat dissipation of the inlet of the water storage water heater will affect the performance of the water heater.In this paper,a method is proposed to isolate cold and hot water in the inlet using the air of the U structure in the inlet pipe.Because the heat transfer efficiency of air is far lower than heat–transfer properties of water,the heat loss can be reduced effectively.Using this method to refit the water heater can reduce the starting frequency of the water heater,delay the internal structure loss,reduce the hidden danger of electricity leakage,and effectively save energy.
