摘要
结合我国新的能源形式,响应国家节能减排的能源政策,根据滨海火电机组循环水排水具有较大贯流尾能的特点,安装小水轮发电机组将该部分能量转化为电能供电厂自用,切实提高火电厂能源利用率,实现社会效益和经济效益双丰收。通过对新建项目调试过程中遇到的问题进行分析,指出提高小水电机组的自动化水平和优化机组运行方式,对保证整体安全运行和提高经济效益有着重要的影响。
Combining with our new energy situation,responding to the energy saving and emission reduction national energy policy,and based on the large amount of drainage in coastal thermal power unit,it is reasonable to install the small hydroelectric generating set to recycle some energy back into power plant for self-use,which can improve the energy efficiency of power plant,and achieve social benefits and economic benefits double harvest.By analyzing the problems occurred in the process of debugging,it has been pointed out that enhancing the automation level of small hydropower generating set and optimizing the unit operation mode are important to ensure the safe operation of the unit and improve the economic benefit.
