错排型重力式炭素煅后焦余热回收蒸发器的传热模拟

摘要 采用Fluent软件对错排型重力式高温炭素煅后焦余热回收蒸发器内的传热过程进行了数值模拟,研究了煅后焦的降温过程温度分布、管排数与出焦速度对出焦温度与余热回收效率的影响。结果表明:煅后焦最初进入换热器时,同一流层断面的温度分布具有明显的不均匀型,但随着流动的进行,该温差随之减小;随着锻后焦流速的降低与换热管排数的增加,煅后焦出口温度降低,余热回收效率增加。 The heat transfer process of staggered gravity waste heat recovery evaporator for high temperature calcined petroleum coke was numerically simulated using Fluent software.The temperature distribution of calcined petroleum coke,influence of velocity,and heat transfer tube levels on outlet temperature and heat recovery rate of evaporator were obtained.The results showed that when calcined petroleum coke entered the inlet of heat recovery evaporator,the in homogeneity of temperature distribution in same flow layer section was displayed obviously,but soon the temperature difference decreased with the process of flow.The outlet temperature decreased and waste heat recovery rate increased with the same in levels of heat transfer tubes and velocity of calcined petroleum coke declined.
