摘要
随着节能降耗呼声越来越高,工业冷却循环水系统节能优化改造也越来越被社会所关注。通过建立循环水泵和风机的能耗自动控制体系,实现循环水泵和风机的无极调速;建立冷源以及整个管网的能耗自动控制系统,通过自动控制系统采集系统的泵组、供回水温度、供水压力和系统阻抗的运行参数,实时监控循环水系统,动态调节工艺循环水系统的实时供应量,精确控制冷量供需平衡,最终提高工业循环水系统整体能效。主要介绍了工业循环水改造的基本原理、案例分析以及应用前景。
With the increasing demands for energy-saving and emission-reduction,the society pays more and more attention on energy-saving optimization reform on industrial cooling circulation water.Establishing the automation system of circulation water pump and draught fan can realize the water pump and draught’s no-rate speed.Process the automatic control of cold source and the total pipe network can data the parameters of pumps,supply and return water temperature,water pressure and system impedance.The system can also monitor circulating water system,adjust dynamically the flow of the circulating water system,control supply-demand balance of cold source accurately.Those technical method improve the energy efficiency of the total circulating water system.Now the circulating water system’s fundamental principles,case analysis and application prospect were made.
