摘要
地处珠三角腹地的佛山市,作为广东省乃至全国的制造业中心,面对越来越严峻的水资源形势。采用比较法,对广东省珠三角主要城市工业用水水平与用水效率进行了全面分析,系统梳理佛山市工业节水存在的问题,提出构建全过程节水监管机制,同时指出推进建设项目用水节水评估制度建设是其中的关键环节,为佛山市今后能够有效开展工业节水工作明确方向。
Based on water use levels and efficiencies of the Pearl River Delta cities,the problems on industrial water saving in Foshan City are analyzed and summarized.To solve the problems,the whole process water saving supervision is presented,the key link of which is institutional development of water saving evaluation on construction projects.
