基于正交试验分析方法的沥青混凝土配合比设计

Asphalt Concrete Mixture Ratio Design Based on Orthogonal Experiment Method

采用正交试验的方法对酸性天然砾石骨料进行了心墙沥青混凝土的配合比试验研究,以级配指数、填料用量、沥青用量为影响因素设计了L_9(3~4)正交试验。选取马歇尔稳定度、流值和劈裂抗拉强度为考核指标,运用极差、方差的方法分析各个因素对每个考核指标的影响规律,确定最优配合比。试验结果表明:心墙沥青混凝土的变形、渗透及力学指标都满足规范要求,为心墙沥青混凝土的配合比研究提供参考依据。

Adopt the method of orthogonal experiment of acidic natural gravel aggregate,experimental study on the core wall of asphalt concrete mixture ratio to grading index,the dosage of filler,the asphalt content designed for the factors influencing the L9(34)orthogonal experiment.Selection of Marshall stability,flow value and splitting tensile strength as evaluation indexes,by applying the methods of the poor,the variance analysis of the influence law of various factors on the assessment of each index,the optimum mixture ratio.The test results show that the deformation,permeability and mechanical indexes of the asphalt concrete are satisfied with the specification,which provides a reference for the study of the mixture ratio of asphalt concrete.
