摘要目的探讨大剂量猪肺表面活性物质气管内滴入治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)临床效果。方法选取永城市中心医院2015年11月至2016年12月收治的NRDS患儿80例,依照治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,各40例。予以对照组牛肺表面活性剂(珂立苏)治疗,予以观察组猪肺磷脂注射液(固尔苏)治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、PaO_2高于对照组,PaCO_2、吸氧时间、留院观察时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猪肺表面活性物质治疗NRDS临床效果显著,可提高患儿血气情况,加快康复进程。
