With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,people’s material and cultural living standards are gradually improving.At present,the main contradictions of Chinese society have been transformed,and under the new era,the quality and safety of food should be paid more attention to,not only to ensure that people“eat full”,but also to“eat well”.Investigating the situation of food quality and safety monitoring system,constantly strengthening the system construction and improvement can help to improve the quality of grain,ensure the safety of the original grain and meet the needs of consumers.
