阐述了粮油企业风险辨识与评估制度的应用情况,并研究了风险评估方法在企业中的应用,以提高粮油行业企业风险防范能力,有效预防和遏制各类事故特别是较大安全生产事故的发生。

The application of risk identification and assessment system in grain and oil factory was described,and the method of applying the risk assessment to enterprises was researched,in order to improve the ability of risk prevention in grain and oil industry,and to effectively prevent all kinds of accidents,especially large safety accidents.
