摘要
构建领导者人格特质、领导行为与企业创新能力三者关系理论模型,分析其机理;采用问卷调查方法获取相关数据,运用多元回归分析法对模型进行检验。实证结果表明,人格特质的三个维度对任务型领导行为有明显的影响关系,四个维度对关系型和变革型领导行为有显著的影响关系,三种领导行为对两种创新能力具有明显的影响关系。
In this paper,the theoretical model between leader’s personality traits,leadership behavior and innovation ability of enterprise is set up,and the mechanism is analyzed;And uses questionnaire investigation method collects the relevant information,and the model is test by using the multiple regression analysis method.The empirical results indicate that the three dimensions of Personality traits have closely related to task-based leadership behavior;and the four dimensions of Personality traits have closely related to relationship-based and transformation-based of leadership behavior.And the three leadership behaviors have obvious effects on the two innovation ability.
