土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式的改革与实践——以嘉应学院土木工程专业为例

Reform and Practice of Application-oriented Talent Training Mode of Civil Engineering——Taking Civil Engineering of Jiaying University as an Example

为提高人才培养质量,深化教育教学改革,满足建筑企业所需的人才,提高学生就业竞争的能力,建立了适应自身发展的土木工程专业的人才培养模式,构建了"以生为本、以培养学生能力为核心、以就业为导向",将"知识、能力、素质"融为一体的"理论教学+实践教学+工程素质培养"的应用型人才培养体系,建立校企深度合作的协同育人平台。经过项目实践,学生工程素质、实践动手能力明显增强。土木工程专业为广东省"应用型本科示范专业",人才培养模式较为成熟、可行性高,实践教学与工程项目紧密结合,取得的成果可为新建地方本科院校各工科专业人才培养提供参考,具有推广价值。

In order to improve the quality of talent training,strengthen the reform of education and teaching,meet the requirement of construction enterprises and improve the students’employment competitiveness,the thesis establishes a civil engineering talent training mode which is adapted according to their own development.It also constructs a application-oriented talents training system of“student oriented,taking the cultivation of students’ability as the core and taking the employment as the guidance”.It is an application oriented talent training system by integrating theoretical teaching,practice teaching and engineering quality training which put“knowledge,ability,and quality”together,establishing a cooperative education platform for school enterprise cooperation.Through the project practice,the students significantly enhanced their engineering quality and practical ability.Civil engineering major is an“application-oriented professional demonstration”of Guangdong Province.The talent training mode is mature,is of high feasibility and the practice teaching is closely integrated with engineering project.The results can provide a reference for engineering talents cultivation of newly established local colleges.Therefore it has the value of promotion.
