Bottlenecks and Countermeasures for Rural Tourism Development in Fujian Province

福建省拥有极其丰富的乡村生态文化资源,旅游开发成为实施乡村振兴战略的主要抓手之一。各级政府以制度建设、模式选择、深度融合国家战略、品牌塑造,以及闽台合作等为重点,推动乡村旅游产业取得阶段性成效,但存在原真性、文化性、现代性和智慧化等方面的短板,亟须以强化区域协作、引入第三方评估、规范发展乡村旅游合作社、加快智慧化建设、构建人才培养体系等作为突破口,实现乡村旅游转型升级,增强发展后劲。

Fujian is rich in ecological and cultural resources.Tourism development is a main instrumentality of the rural revitalization strategy.Focusing on system construction,model selection,deeply-integrated national strategy,brand building,and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,Fujian governments at all levels make efforts and have achieved phased effects in rural tourism industry.But lack of authenticity,culture,modernity and intelligence are the disadvantages of tourist industry.Therefore the government needs to strengthen regional cooperation,introduce the third party evaluation,standardize rural tourism cooperatives,speed up the construction of intelligence,and build personnel training system,so as to realize transformation and upgrading,and enhance developing stamina of rural tourism industry.
