翻转课堂在新型职业农民培训中的应用与创新

Application and Innovation of Flipped Classroom in t New Professional Farmers Training

近年来福建各地积极推进新型职业农民培育工作,不断创新实践各种培训模式。为了总结具有一定实践基础的培训模式,提升新型职业农民培训服务水平,该文引入台湾世界咖啡馆的翻转课堂培训这一全新的教学理念和培训模式,分析了新型职业农民的培训与翻转课堂培训的特点,从了解培训对象与需求、准备培训内容、设计翻转课堂、后续跟踪服务等方面阐述了翻转课堂在新型职业农民培训中的应用与创新。

In recent years,new professional farmers cultivation was actively carried out in Fujian,continuously innovating and practicing various kinds of training model.In order to summarize a training model with some practical experience and improve service level for new professional farmers training,a new teaching concept and training mode of flipped classroom training in Taiwan World Cafe was introduced in this paper.The characteristic of professional farmers training and flipped classroom training were analyzed,and the application and innovation of flipped classroom in new-type professional farmers training were elaborated from following aspects,including understanding the trainers and their needs,preparing training contents,design flipped classroom,and follow-up tracking service,and so on.
