摘要
测定不同浓度β-麦芽糖水溶液旋光度值.实验表明:β-麦芽糖溶于水后因部分转化成α-麦芽糖而使溶液的右旋光度值逐渐增大,在常温下约6h后趋于稳定.通过分析不同浓度溶液的旋光度数值随时间的变化规律,得出β-麦芽糖水溶液变旋经验公式.研究结果对于预测新配制β-麦芽糖溶液旋光度数值、分析结晶麦芽糖纯度等具有参考价值.
By measuring the optical rotation value of different concentrations ofβ-Maltose aqueous solution,the experiment shows thatβ-Maltose disolved in water is partially converted toα-maltose,which causes a increase in right optical rotation ofβ-Maltose solution,the specific rotation tends to be stable after 6 h at room temperature.The general mutarotation formula is fitted for the curve ofβ-Maltose rotation through the analysis of optical rotation value.The result has some reference significance for optical rotation prediction of freshly preparedβ-Maltose solution and purity analysis of crystalline maltose.
