This paper discusses the content and function of load quantity control technology and the stability of the power grid maintained by load quantity control technology when regional power grids use this technology to carry out batch load control after a major accident in a large power grid.The application of this technology has the advantages of fast pulling speed and small impact range,and it is another important guarantee for the stable operation of the power grid under accident conditions.
