摘要 为减少配网线路故障停电时间,针对目前调度自动化系统拥有的配网电源端的实时运行数据现状,开发一个能够提供全面、实时的大用户负荷监控平台.一方面能方便调阅相关历史数据进行曲线叠加计算,准确确定线路负荷性质,在配网线路由于超限不能转供时,对该类大用户进行限电,从而达到线路不停电的目的;一方面能通过对大用户负荷的监控,对大用户负荷数据进行分析,从而提高大用户负荷预测的准确率. In order to reduce the fault outage time of the distribution network,we develop a large user load monitoring platform that can provide comprehensive and real-time large user load data using the real-time running data of the power supply of the dispatch automation system.On the one hand,it can be easily used for curve superposition calculation by picking up relevant historical data to accurately determine the load nature of the distribution network when the distribution network can not be transferred due to the over-limit,and then the power supply for large users will be limited,thus achieving the goal of zero power failure;On the other hand,it can improve the accuracy of large user load prediction through monitoring and analysing the load of large user load data.
