摘要
为研究匙吻鲟卵黄囊仔鱼生长特点及抗氧化能力变化,对出膜3~10日龄仔鱼进行可量现状及抗氧化酶的测定。结果显示:卵黄囊期仔鱼全长、体质量与日龄分别呈幂函数和二次函数相关;体质量与全长呈幂函数相关,且为正异速生长。在头部器官中,口宽、吻长均为正异速生长,眼径为等速生长。仔鱼从出膜3天到6天TSOD和CAT活性均显著升高(P<0.01),且均到达最大值。CAT在出膜7日龄出现最低值,之后出现上升现象。仔鱼T-AOC在出膜3~9日龄逐渐升高,直至卵黄囊消失前出现下降,差异不显著(P>0.05),MDA含量在期间逐渐降低,直至卵黄囊消失前出现显著升高(P<0.01)。结果表明:仔鱼的异速生长模式,保证了各重要功能器官的充分发育,以适应多变的环境,且在出膜3日龄前眼睛已完成了优先发育;匙吻鲟卵黄囊仔鱼在摄食前后由不同种类的抗氧化酶发挥抗氧化作用来提高抗氧化能力。
In order to study the growth characteristics and antioxidant capacity of Polyodon spathula yolk-sac larvae,measurable characters and antioxidant enzymes of 3~10 day old larvae were determined.The results suggested tha the relation between weight,total length and day age were power function and two function in P.spathula yolk-sac larvae.Weight and total length were power function,exhibiting positive allometric increase.For the organs in the head,mouth width and rostrum length exhibited positive allometric increase.Eye dimension exhibited isokinetic growth.The activity of T-SOD and CAT increased significantly(P<0.01)at the age of 3~6 days,and all reached the maximum.The lowest value of CAT was at the age of 7 days,and it then increased.The T-AOC of larval fish increased gradually at the age of 3~9 days,until the yolk sac disappeared,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The content of MDA decreased gradually during the period until the yolk sac disappeared(P<0.01).The research concluded that:1.the allometric growth pattern of larvae ensured a quick development of important functional organs to adapt to the complex environment,and the eyes well developed before the age of 3 days;2.before and after feeding,Polyodon spathula yolk-sac larvae rely on the different antioxidant enzymes to improve their antioxidant ability.
