摘要
分析现代化智能制造高速切削加工技术,提出将静电-离子技术融入切削加工,研究静电-离子技术的切削应用,低温冷却状态的高速切削。研究表明,将离子技术应用在高速切削中具有较好的节能环保、节约加工成本、提高工具及设备的寿命等优点,具有较好的应用推广前景。
The paper analyses the high speed cutting technology in modern intelligent manufacturing,proposes fusing electrostatic ion technology into cutting technique,and studies the application of electrostatic ion to cutting,specially to high speed cutting under low temperature.The study shows that the application of ion technology to high speed cutting has better energy saving and environment protection,saves production costs,and improves the life of tools and equipment,etc,and has a good prospect and promotion.
