农村实施“互联网+”精准扶贫模式的探究

The Implementation of "Internet+" Accurate Poverty Alleviation Model in Rural Areas

改革开放以来我国经济飞速增长,贫困人口有所减少,但反贫困任务依旧严峻。尤其是作为我国贫困聚集地的农村,贫困问题呈日益复杂趋势。由于传统的扶贫治理方式存在"输血式"、"漫灌式"等不足,治理效率较低。因此,为创新改进扶贫工作,我们提出"互联网+"精准扶贫,利用互联网数据库实现农村贫困群体科学识别、供求精准匹配、扶贫全程高效监管。并建立政府、市场、社会协同参与的扶贫网络平台,在全面建成小康社会的最后攻坚阶段协同推进扶贫治理新格局。

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has grown rapidly,the number of poor people has decreased,but the task of anti-poverty is still grim.Especially in the rural areas where poverty is concentrated,the problem of poverty is becoming more and more complicated.Because traditional poverty alleviation and treatment methods have the disadvantages of"transfusion type"and"diffusion type",the efficiency of governance is low.Therefore,in order to innovate and improve poverty alleviation work,we put forward the"Internet+"accurate poverty alleviation and use the Internet database to realize scientific identification of rural poor groups,precise matching of supply and demand,and effective supervision of poverty alleviation.We will establish a poverty alleviation network platform in which the government,the market,and the society participate in a coordinated manner,and jointly promote the new pattern of poverty alleviation and governance in the final stage of the construction of a well-off society.
