摘要
以锡盟1000k V变电站主要设备安装工作为基础,分别从新增工序、施工降效、冬季施工保暖措施等方面分析高寒气候对特高压设备安装费用的影响。首先对高寒气候与一般寒冷环境下的人工、材料、机械消耗量差异进行对比分析,测算出高寒气候对特高压设备安装费用的影响大小,并与行业定额进行对比分析,可以为高寒气候下的特高压设备安装费用的合理确定和控制提供依据,同时也可以为行业定额的后续完善积累造价资料。
Based on the installation of main equipment in Ximeng 1000kV substation,this paper analyzes the influence of high and cold climate on the installation cost of UHV equipment from the aspects of new working procedure,construction efficiency reduction,winter construction heating measures and so on.The differences of manual,material and mechanical consumption between alpine climate and general cold environment are compared and analyzed.The influence of alpine climate on the installation cost of UHV equipment is calculated and compared with the industry quota,which can provide the basis for the reasonable determination and control of UHV equipment installation cost in alpine climate,at the same time it can also accumulate cost information for the follow-up improvement of industry norms.
