Real estate is a high-investment,high-risk,high-yield industry category.As a typical capital-intensive industry,the characteristics of the real estate industry,such as poor liquidity,long recovery period,and large amount of investment in the early period,are very significant,which also makes the financial risks faced by the industry are enormous.This study divides the categories of real estate companies'financial risks and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for avoiding financial risks.
