民间资本参与城镇化发展研究

Research on Private Capital Participating in the Development of Urbanization

城镇化是经济发展的必然结果,是我国当前社会重要的经济增长点,也是我国全面建成小康社会的重要途径。随着民间资本规模的迅速膨胀,新型城镇化建设要坚持"市场主导、政府引导"的发展模式,发挥市场配置资源的作用,激活和规范民间资本参与城镇化建设就有着重要的意义。本文从民间资本的特点出发,通过分析民间资本在城镇化建设中面临的问题,提出相应的对策建议。

Urbanization is an inevitable result of economic development,an important economic growth point of our current society,and an important way to build a well-off society in an all-round way.With the rapid expansion of the scale of private capital,the construction of new urbanization should adhere to the"market-oriented,government-led"development model,and give full play to the role of market allocation of resources,so it is of great significance to activate and standardize the participation of private capital in the construction of urbanization.Based on the characteristics of private capital,this paper analyzes the problems faced by private capital in the construction of urbanization,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
