摘要
近些年来,岩土工程施工行业持续发展和改革,使得其业务范围不断拓展。但其管理体制仍然处于"事业单位、企业经营"的状态,面临着诸多方面的竞争和考验。实现控制和降低岩土工程施工的成本,增加企业效益是十分迫切和必要的。
In recent years,the geotechnical construction industry develops and reforms continuously,its business scope expands constantly.Howerver,lots of the units still use the"institution,the management system of enterprise management",facing with many aspects of competition and test.It is very urgent and necessary to realize reduce the cost of geotechnical construction and increase the benefit of enterprises.
