重组人干扰素α-2b与保妇康栓阴道放置对宫颈高危HPV感染患者的疗效及免疫功能的影响

Curative effects of recombinant human interferon α-2b and Baofukang suppository on cervical high-risk HPV infection and its effects on immune function of patients

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b与保妇康栓阴道放置对宫颈高危人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者治疗疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选择接诊的宫颈高危HPV感染患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组阴道放置保妇康栓治疗,观察组联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,连续治疗18 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较2组异常分泌物持续时间、创面愈合时间及治疗前后免疫功能变化,并比较临床疗效及HPV清除疗效。结果观察组异常分泌物持续时间、创面愈合时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,2组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),观察组CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组HPV清除疗效总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈高危HPV感染患者中应用重组人干扰素α-2b联合保妇康栓治疗效果显著,可促进临床疗效提高,并有助于改善机体免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human interferonα-2b and Baofukang suppository on cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and its effects on immune function of patients.Methods Sixty patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in the study.According to random number table,these patients were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated by Baofukang suppository in vagina,however,the patients in observation group were treated by recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository,with a treatment course of 18 days for 2 treatment courses.The abnormal secretion duration,wound healing time,the changes of immune function before and after treatment,and the clinical curative effects and HPV clearance effects were observed and compared between two groups.Results The abnormal secretion duration and wound healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group[(13.82±1.71)d vs(20.45±2.06)d;(5.74±0.82)d vs(9.53±1.20)d](P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD+3,CD+4,CD+8 and CD+4/CD+8 were significantly improved in both groups,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover the levels of CD+3,CD+4,CD+8 and CD+4/CD+8 in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[93.33%(28/30)vs 56.67%(17/30)](P<0.05),and the total HPV clearance effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group[90.00%(27/30)vs 50.00%(15/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion The recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository has obvious therapeutic effects on cervical high-risk HPV infection,which can ehhance clinical curative effects,and is helpful to improve immune function of patients.
