个性化护理对瘢痕整形手术患者抑郁情绪的影响

Influence of individual nursing care on the depression emotion of scar patients undergoing plastic operation

目的探讨个性化护理对面部四肢不同瘢痕部位患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法将2015年3月1日至2015年11月20日收住院的瘢痕患者60例(其中面部瘢痕30例,四肢瘢痕30例)根据瘢痕部位分成面部组和四肢组,对全部患者均行个性化护理,并于入院第1天,术前1 d、术后第3天进行SDS抑郁评分表评估。比较患者经护理干预前后心理状态。结果患者术前普遍存在抑郁情绪。对比2组患者个性化护理前后SDS评分发现,面部组术后第3天抑郁程度比四肢组第3天显著降低(P<0.05);面部组与四肢组术前1 d抑郁程度均比入院时有所增加(P<0.05)。但入院时和手术前2组患者间抑郁评分没有明显变化(P>0.05)。结论个性化护理能够有效缓解瘢痕整形手术患者的抑郁情绪,其对面部瘢痕患者抑郁程度的作用好于四肢瘢痕患者。

Objective To explore the effects of individual nursing care on the depression emotion of patients with scar in different position of body after plastic operation.Methods Sixty patients with scar who admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2015 were divided into 2 groups according to scar position,in whom,there were 30 cases of face scar(facial scar group)and 30 cases of four limbs scar(limbs scar group).All the patients were treated by individualized nursing care,then mental state of patients was assessed by means of self-rating depression scale(SDS)at admission day,1d before operation,3d after operation.Results The depression emotion existed in all the patients.The SDS scores at 3d after operation in facial scar group were significantly lower than those in limbs scar group(P<0.05).The SDS scores at 1d before operation were increased in both groups,as compared with those on admission day(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in SDS scores on admission day and at 1da before operation between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The individual nursing care can effectively improve the depression emotion of scar patients undergoing plastic operation,and its improvement effects to patients with facial scar are superior to those to patients with four limbs scar.
