沥青玛蒂脂碎石混合料沥青路面抗滑性能设计与优化 被引量:7

摘要 针对SMA路面初期抗滑相对不足的问题,着眼于石料的选择和配合比设计阶段,分别选择辉绿岩、闪长岩以及花岗岩作为原材料,采用马歇尔级配设计方法和CAVF法作为试验方法制备试验试件。通过常规试验铺沙法、摆式仪法、轮廓测量仪法及压力胶片法对搓揉0 h、2 h、8 h的试件进行抗滑性能评价分析。研究表明:铺沙法、轮廓测量仪法和压力胶片法具有良好的一致性,前两者相关性更好;石料的压碎值、磨耗值和针片状会对路面的抗滑性能造成较大影响;采用CAVF级配设计方法能够更好地保证SMA混合料的抗滑性能;在采用CAVF法的基础上适当地减少5~10 mm规格料用量并增加9.5 mm分级筛余,能够较大的提高混合料的抗滑性能。 In order to solve the problem of inadequate anti-sliding in initial road,at aggregate and gradation design,select dolerite,diorite,granite as raw material,and the design method of Marshall class and CAVF method were used to prepare test specimens,by means of sand patch test,Pendulum instrument method,profilometry and pressure-sensitive film the test material of 0 h,2 h and 8 h kneading was analyzed.Research shows that sand patch test,profilometry and pressure-sensitive film have good consistency,the first two are better correlated;the crushing value of the stone material,the abrasion value,the pin chip index have an effect on the anti-slip performance of the road surface.The CAVF grading design method can better guarantee the resistance of SMA mixture.Based on CAVF method reducing the dosage of 5~10 mm and increasing the size of 9.5 mm suitability can improve the anti-slip performance of the mixture.
