食管癌合并糖尿病患者术后护理干预

Nursing intervention for esophageal cancer patients with diabetes

目的探究食管癌合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预的临床效果。方法选取食管癌合并糖尿病患者120例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组接受围术期护理干预。观察并比较2组患者血糖控制情况、心理状态、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率。结果 2组患者入院时血糖控制水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者手术前及手术后血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组围术期心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05),术前准备时间、术后住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质的护理干预能够有效改善食管癌合并糖尿病患者围术期血糖控制水平,提高患者认知水平,改善心理状态,缩短术前准备时间和术后住院时间,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention for esophageal cancer patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 120 esophageal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing intervention.The blood glucose control,mental state,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,time of hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose control between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the blood glucose before and after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had better perioperative psychological state than the control group(P<0.05).Preoperative preparation time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing intervention can better control blood glucose level for patients with esophageal carcinoma complicated with diabetes,and effectively improve cognition and psychological state,shorten preoperative preparation time and postoperative hospitalization time,and reduce postoperative complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.
