全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术三角吻合中应用强化护理措施的效果

Effect of strengthening nursing measures undergoing laparoscopic triangle anastomosis of distal gastric cancer radical surgery

目的探讨强化护理措施应用于全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术三角吻合中的效果。方法选择行全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术三角吻合的患者104例,随机数字表将其分为研究组与对照组各52例。对照组采取常规护理配合方案,研究组在对照组的基础上应用强化护理配合。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、三角吻合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组淋巴结清扫数量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组下床时间、首次排气时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组半流质进食时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强化护理措施在全腹腔镜下远端胃癌根治术三角吻合术中可以有效降低术中出血量,缩短手术时间与术后恢复速度,适于临床推广。

Objective To study effect of strengthening nursing measures undergoing laparoscopic triangle anastomosis of distal gastric cancer radical surgery.Methods A total of 104 patients with laparoscopic distal gastric cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into study group(n=52)and control group(n=52),given routine nursing,and strengthened nursing cooperation,respectively.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,triangle anastomosis time in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lymph node cleaning quantity between the two groups has no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The bed-off time,the time to first exhaust and hospital stay were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Intake semi-fluid time between the two groups has no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing measures can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time and speed postoperative recovery,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
