不同装烟方式下红花大金元烤烟的烘烤成本与效益分析

Curing Effect of Different Filling Methods about Honghuadajinyuan

为提高红花大金元的烘烤质量,降低烘烤成本,增加经济效益,采用普通挂竿、烟夹、散叶插签、烟筐4种不同的装烟方式对烤烟不同部位的烟叶进行烘烤,统计分析不同装烟方式下的用工能耗成本和烤后烟叶质量。结果表明:与普通挂竿方式相比,其他3种装烟方式均有一定的省工效果,烟夹、烟筐、散叶插签方式分别比普通挂竿方式省工1.22、1.08和0.79个,省工幅度分别为26.9%、23.8%和17.4%;烟夹、烟筐、散叶插签方式的平均装烟量分别为普通挂竿方式的2.07、1.89和1.65倍,其获得的干烟量分别为普通挂竿方式的1.95、1.81和1.64倍;烘烤耗能成本表现为散叶插签<烟夹<烟筐<普通挂竿;散叶插签和烟筐方式的烤后烟叶上等烟比例和均价均低于普通挂竿方式的,烟夹方式的上等烟比例和均价分别比普通挂竿方式的高0.99个百分点和0.11元/kg;普通挂竿与烟夹方式能够在一定程度上降低烤后烟叶的总氮与烟碱含量,且烟夹烘烤的总糖与还原糖含量更符合优质烤烟的标准,且各处理烤烟的钾、氯含量均在正常范围内。由此可知,烟夹烘烤的效果较好,不仅省工降本,而且能够保障烟叶品质。

In order to improve the baking quality of Honghuadajinyuan,downgraded the baking cost,increase the economic benefits of tobacco,using common hanging rods,bars,loose leaf inserting,tobacco basket 4 different baking methods in different parts of tobacco baking,and statistical analysis of labor cost of different loading ways of energy consumption,and after baking the quality of tobacco leaves.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the ordinary hanging pole labor,labor has the effects of 3 kinds of loading method bars>loose leaf inserting>tobacco basket,respectively,1.08,1.22 than the ordinary hang 0.79 pole industry,labor rate were 26.9%,23.8%and 17.4%.(2)In different parts of the barn loading average order inserting>leaf>clip smoke tobacco basket hanging pole were common,ordinary hanging pole loading amount of 2.07 times,1.89 times and 1.65 times;dry smoke were ordinary dry hanging pole 2.08 times,1.81 times the amount of smoke and 1.64 times the energy consumption cost for baking leaf inserting clip<tobacco smoke basket general hanging rod.(3)The sign and smoke basket in different parts of tobacco leaves and the average price is lower than the ordinary hanging pole.The smoke clip was slightly higher than that of the common pole,and the proportion and average price of the smoke were 0.99%and 0.11yuan/kg,respectively.(4)The ordinary hanging rods and cigarette clips can reduce the total nitrogen and nicotine content to some extent,and the total sugar and reducing sugar content of tobacco baits are more consistent with the standard of high quality fluecured tobacco,and the contents of potassium and chlorine in all treatments are all within the normal range.It is conclusion that the effect of tobacco bakery is good for saving labor and ensuring the quality.
