密集烤房不同保温材料烘烤效能研究

摘要 为进一步提升密集烤房烘烤性能,分别以泡沫保温材料和纳米涂料对密集烤房装烟室进行处理,并以普通密集烤房为对照,对比分析各处理烤房烘烤性能和效果。结果表明:铺设泡沫保温材料和涂抹纳米涂料的烤房较普通密集烤房保温性有所提升,平面温差分别降低0.85和1.19℃;垂直温差分别降低16.71%和33.17%;烘烤时长分别缩短13和18 h;干烟烘烤降低成本0.44和0.57元/kg,烤后烟均价分别提升0.74和1.29元/kg;感官评吸质量略有提升。经保温处理的烤房在增质提效、节能省工方面均有提升作用,但纳米涂料烤房的烘烤性能和效果要优于泡沫保温材料烤房。 In order to further improve the curing performance of bulk curing barn,foam curing material and nano coating were used to treat the smoke chambers of the bulk curing barns respectively.Besides,the baking performance and effects of different curing barns were contrasted and analyzed compared with the ordinary bulk curing barn.The results showed that the thermal insulation property of the curing barn with foam insulation material and nano coating was improved compared with the ordinary bulk curing barn.The horizontal temperature differences reduce by 0.85 and 1.19℃respectively,and the vertical temperature differences reduce by 0.68 and 1.35℃respectively.The baking time was shortened by 13 h and 18 h respectively.The costs per kilogram of dry tobacco reduce by 0.44 and 0.57 yuan respectively,and the average prices of flue cured tobacco increase by 0.74 and 1.29 yuan/kg respectively.Sensory evaluation quality improves slightly.The heat curing barn has the advantages of increasing quality,improving efficiency,saving energy and saving labor.But the baking performance and effect of nano coating barn are better than that of foam insulation material.
