摘要
工业三废的偷排乱放,以及肥料、农药的滥施乱用,致使我国大米重金属污染问题日益严重。从我国耕地和稻米镉污染现状、镉的吸收机制及其在水稻中的分布差异、以及稻米镉消减技术方面进行综述,阐释了稻米行业发展现状和重金属镉污染问题,为今后稻米的安全生产指明了方向。
The willfully discharge of industrial“Three Wastes”and the indiscriminate use of fertilizers and pesticides resulting in the problem of heavy metal pollution becoming more and more serious in our country.In this paper,the status of cadmium pollution in farmland soils and rice,the cadmium absorption mechanism of rice and its distributional differences,the removal technology of cadmium rice were reviewed.The paper interpreted the development status of rice industry and the problem of cadmium pollution,which can indicate the direction for the future production of rice.
