基于节点城市的物流产业效率与经济增长协同发展测度研究 被引量:13

摘要 在"经济新常态"的背景下,电子商务迅猛发展,极大地推动了物流产业的快速增长,物流产业成为推动经济发展的重要动力,促进物流产业与经济协调发展已成为亟待解决的重要问题。基于此背景,本文构建物流产业效率测度指标体系,利用DEA测度物流产业效率,以协同学原理建立物流产业效率与经济增长之间的协同发展模型,并以全国21个节点城市2007~2016年物流产业效率与经济增长的面板数据进行实证研究。研究结果表明:各节点城市物流产业效率与经济增长整体协同发展趋势缓慢,但总体呈上升趋势;区域间存在较大差异,尚处于协同度较低的发展阶段。本文对这一现象进行成因分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。 Under the background of“new economic normal”,the rapid development of e-commerce has greatly promoted the rapid development of the logistics industry.The logistics industry has become an important driving force for economic development.The coordinated development of economy has become an important problem to be solved urgently.Based on this background,the index system and measure method of logistics industry efficiency are constructed,and the efficiency of logistics industry is mea-sured by DEA.Based on the principle of synergetics,this paper establishes a synergetic development model between the efficiency of logistics industry and economic growth,and conducts empirical research with the panel data of logistics industry efficiency and economic growth in 2007~2016 in 21 node cities in China.The results show that the overall synergistic development of efficiency and economic growth of logistics industry in each node city is slow,but the trend is generally on the rise;there is a big difference between the regions,which is still in a low stage of development.This paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
