摘要
基于知识生产函数模型和门槛特征的框架,本文研究了中国2001~2016年地区层面FDI的技术创新溢出效应及其影响机制。实证研究表明,FDI的流入促进了全国、东部、中部地区技术创新产出,但西部地区呈现出负向的FDI技术创新溢出效应;东部和全国地区FDI的技术创新溢出效应呈现出"U"型特征,而中部、西部地区FDI的技术创新溢出效应表现为倒"U"型特征。基于研发投入调节效应模型的研究表明,我国各地区FDI的技术创新溢出效应随着研发经费投入规模扩大和研发人员投入增加而提高。此外,基于吸收能力的研究证实,经济发展水平、经济开放度、基础设施建设均有助于提高各地区技术创新产出。为此,各地区不应单纯加大FDI的引入,而应更加注重强化研发投入。
Based on the framework of knowledge production function and threshold characteristics,this paper studies the technological innovation spillover effect and its influencing mechanism of FDI in 2001~2016 years in China.The empirical research shows that with the inflow of FDI,the technological innovation output of the whole country,the eastem and the central region have been promoted,but the western region has shown a negative FDI technological innovation spillover effect.The technological innovation spillover effect of FDI in eastern and the whole regions show a“U”feature,while the spillover effect of FDI in the central and western regions is characterized by inverted“U”.Based on the moderating effect model of R&D input factors,it shows that the technological innovation spillover effect of FDI in China is positively related to the expansion of R&D investment and the increase of R&D investment.In addition,based on the perspective of absorptive capacity,it is confirmed that regional economic development level,economic openness and infrastructure construction are all helpful to improve China's technological innovation output.Therefore,ever region should not simply increase the introduction of FDI and pay more attention to strengthening R&D investment.
