摘要
介绍了一种无回流可调节多缝型锥管布浆器,采用计算流体动力学方法对该布浆器进行了数值模拟与分析,并对其结构进行了优化。初步研究发现:总管末端圆弧半径为11.2m m时,横幅布浆均匀性最好,并有效防止浆料堆积,其流量误差为2.11%;通过改变阻流棒的旋转角度,实现横幅布浆均匀性的局部调节,并最终将流量误差缩小到1.46%;改变进浆流速,其中最小误差是在速度为2m/s时所达到的1.46%。优化后多缝型布浆器从结构原理上可以实现在线调节缝宽,以进一步减小布浆流量分布误差,并减小或取消回流量。
A multi-slit tapered pulp distributor was introduced,and the numerical simulation and analysis were carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics method,and the structure of the distributor was optimized.The preliminary study found that the effect of scatter pulp of multi-slit distributor is better than the branch pipe distributor,the maximum error is reduced by 0.9%;after optimization,when the slit length is 185mm,the radius of multi-slit entrance is 7.5mm,the radius of exit arc is 265mm,and the length of diffuser is 90mm.The maximum error of the distribution of each slit is 1.43%;which can be achieved on-line adjustment of slit width,in order to further reduce the flow distribution error,and reduce or cancel the back flow.
